HookedUp is a fishing app for iPhone designed to help anglers record catches, find fishing spots, and make better-informed decisions on the water. Its catch log lets users save details such as species, size, bait, time, location, and fishing conditions, along with photos. An organized journal helps anglers review their catches, compare sizes and weights, and see which baits have worked.

The app also offers AI-assisted fish identification: users photograph a fish, review the suggested species and match score, then confirm or change the identification. Fishing maps support saved waypoints with visibility controls, including private, friends-only, and global options. Anglers can check tides, moon phases, temperature, and wind at their locations, while gear tools help them catalog rods, reels, and lures and connect equipment with catch results.
