Hooker is a Uniswap V4 meme-token launchpad for creating tokens with programmable liquidity and built-in trading rules, without writing Solidity or running a presale. Each launch creates a Uniswap V4 pool that is tradable from block one, with sealed seed liquidity that cannot be removed. Creators can choose from ten curated hook modules and set how fees are allocated. Swap-time gates include per-buy limits, buy-rate controls, and protections against certain sniping and fee-pool tactics. Harvest-time modules can direct fees to token burns, sealed liquidity, holder distributions, token purchases, or a permanent resting bid.

Creators can add Ticker Tape, which records the pool’s price over time and can qualify a launch for Hooker’s board market. Eligible tokens can support capped leveraged long and short positions with USDC margin, using the tape for price marking. Hooker also offers token creation, swapping, bridging, market discovery, and liquidity information. The platform states that 70% of swap fees go to the creator, who can direct that share to one wallet or split it.
