Elizabeth is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and registered nurse who provides personalized, evidence-based lactation support to families. With more than ten years of experience, her background includes work as a WIC peer counselor, certified lactation counselor, and IBCLC in neonatal intensive care, newborn nursery, and private practice settings. She helps parents work toward their feeding goals with guidance tailored to their needs and their baby’s.

Services address common breastfeeding and pumping concerns, including painful feeding, latch difficulties, low milk supply, engorgement, and nipple pain. Elizabeth also supports pumping, bottle feeding, returning to work while breastfeeding, and questions about feeding a newborn. Her approach includes practical education and one-on-one assistance to help parents navigate challenges with confidence. Lactation support after loss is also featured.

Visits are available in person across communities in Indiana, including Indianapolis, Greenwood, Carmel, Bloomington, and surrounding areas. Virtual visits are offered for clients with insurance approval and for self-pay clients. Medicaid rates are available, and prospective clients can schedule a visit through the practice.
