Hooves in Harmony

Hooves in Harmony is a registered Community Interest Company offering Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) programmes for people aged eight and over. Based on the outskirts of Coventry, the organisation provides an inclusive, non-judgemental environment where participants can learn with horses and develop skills for personal and professional growth. Sessions take place on the ground, so riding is not required. Through practical activities and building partnerships with the horses, participants can explore communication, confidence, problem-solving and leadership. The horses offer immediate, honest feedback that helps people reflect on their feelings and behaviour.

Hooves in Harmony works with young people, youth groups, education providers, individuals and corporate organisations. It specialises in supporting young people who are, or may be at risk of becoming, NEET (not in education, employment or training), helping them develop positive pathways forward. Its services include Equine Facilitated Learning, alternative education provision, group sessions, Pony Partnership sessions, Time with the Herd and corporate team development.
