Hope

Hope Education is a brand that understands the challenges faced by school business managers (SBMs) when it comes to ordering school supplies. That's why they have created Smart Ordering, a range of fantastic online features that make the process faster, smoother, and more affordable. By utilizing these tools, SBMs can save valuable time and streamline their administrative tasks.

One of the key features of Smart Ordering is Share Basket, which allows users to send their baskets via email to colleagues, the finance department, or anyone else involved in the purchasing process. It eliminates the need for handwritten orders and simplifies the approval process. Another useful tool is Wishlists, which enables users to keep track of their favorite resources in one convenient place.

Multiple lists can be created for different subjects or departments, making it easy to manage and share them with the relevant parties. Smart Connect is a feature that integrates directly with a school's financial management system, enabling seamless ordering and invoicing. It eliminates the need for IT support and ensures a smoother process overall.

Other features include Quick Order, which allows for easy addition of items using an Excel spreadsheet template, Repeat Order, which recreates previous baskets with just a few clicks, and Excel Baskets, which provides a solution for schools whose financial management systems don't integrate with Smart Connect. Hope Education's Smart Ordering solutions have received positive feedback from customers, who appreciate the flexibility, efficiency, and time-saving benefits they offer. Join the 'smart' revolution today and start saving time and money with Hope Education's innovative tools for school supply ordering
