Hope Bridges Society is a nonprofit organization serving Strathmore and Wheatland County, Alberta. It uses music, movement, and the arts to bring people together and encourage connection across the community. Guided by a vision of an inclusive community where everyone is valued and welcome, the society creates opportunities for people to express themselves, share their abilities, and take part in activities alongside others.

Its programs and offerings include Music Discovery, Community Concerts and a concert series, Way2Move Adaptive Sports, Adaptive Yoga, Moving and Grooving, and Make & Mingle. The organization also supports creative community projects, including Painted Quilts and Trail Tours, the “Belong” Bench, and the “Flight” Mural. Its Artists Among Us Gala is another part of its community programming. Hope Bridges describes its programs as free and designed to foster joyful self-expression in an inclusive setting. The society also invites people to support its work through donations, sponsorship, volunteering, and board participation.
