About Hope Cooperative
Hope Cooperative is a nonprofit organization based in Sacramento County that has been dedicated to providing mental health and supportive housing services for individuals facing behavioral health challenges for over 40 years. Our mission is to empower and support individuals with psychiatric disabilities and co-occurring substance use disorders, including those experiencing homelessness. We offer a wide range of services and housing programs in the Greater Sacramento Area, including permanent supportive housing, mental health services, substance-use rehabilitation, life skills education, therapy, crisis intervention, and more.
With a client-driven approach, we strive to help over 8,000 individuals in our community annually. Through our intensive case management and compassionate staff of 250, we aim to foster independence, self-sufficiency, and social connectedness for our clients. We are proud recipients of the 2020 JVance Stewart Community Service Award and the 2019 Bank of America's Neighborhood Builder recognition.
Additionally, our housing programs include twelve properties, and we accept HUD vouchers. You can support our cause by making donations or volunteering for our programs and events. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those in need.
