Hopscotch is a learning resource designed to help middle-school students who find math homework frustrating or struggle with basic concepts. Focused on pre-algebra and Algebra 1, it offers short, guided practice when learners get stuck. The platform adapts explanations to each child’s way of thinking, presenting the same problem in different ways so students can find an approach that makes sense to them. For example, an equation may be explored through a model, step-by-step working, a number plane, a table, or a balance-style explanation.

Hopscotch is currently forming an early access cohort and invites families to try a demo and help shape the product. Families who sign up may receive early access, a direct line to the team, and an opportunity to share feedback about what should be built next. After signing up, families are sent a short survey to assess whether they are a fit for the beta. Participation is described as free, and email updates are optional.
