Horizon Fightsports

Horizon Fightsports is a Braunschweig-based training provider focused on practical self-defense, self-confidence, and personal safety. Its courses help participants practise setting boundaries, responding to challenging situations, and standing up for themselves in a supportive training environment. Women with no previous experience can start with a two-hour introductory course, which covers self-assertion and self-defense step by step at each participant’s pace. Women who already know the basics can continue developing their skills and widening their options in an advanced course.

Horizon also offers a 90-minute parent-and-child course for children aged 6–12 and an accompanying adult, introducing self-defense through playful practice and activities focused on using one’s voice and setting boundaries. For companies and other organisations, the team arranges group training with content and format tailored in consultation with the client. The website introduces team members Fabian, Nils, Jasmin, and Franzi, and invites visitors to book courses online. Participant feedback highlights motivated trainers, a friendly atmosphere, practical techniques, and a greater sense of confidence after training.
