Horizon Peak Health

Horizon Peak Health provides psychiatric evaluations and treatment in California and Arizona, with telehealth available in both states and office visits at select locations. Its approach begins with a detailed review of symptoms, health and psychiatric history, medications, prior care, sleep, and relevant test results. Clinicians consider additional testing or referrals only when indicated, rather than using a routine panel for every patient.

Services include psychiatric evaluations, ADHD assessments, care for anxiety and depression, medication management, and medication titration or weaning. The practice also addresses mood disorders, panic, trauma and PTSD, sleep concerns, treatment-resistant symptoms, and cognitive optimization. After an evaluation, clinicians discuss a working diagnosis and treatment options, then plan follow-up and monitoring according to each person’s needs and response.

Horizon Peak Health also offers interventional psychiatry in Gilbert, Arizona. Eligible adults may be assessed for take-home ketamine lozenges or troches and nasal spray following an evaluation and supervised trial assessment at the Gilbert office. Appointment availability and insurance coverage vary by clinician, plan, state, and visit type.
