About Horizonte Positivo
Asociación Horizonte Positivo | Escazú is a nonprofit organization founded in November 2012 by a group of Costa Rican entrepreneurs. Our private, independent, patriotic initiative aims to stimulate the imagination of Costa Ricans, project hope, promote integration, trust, and national unity so that together we can overcome the challenges we face and take advantage of the country's numerous opportunities. Our mission is to contribute to closing the gap between Costa Rica's reality and its development potential through concrete actions to improve the country's social, economic, and environmental indicators.
One of our impactful projects is the IPM Empresarial, which promotes the holistic human development of employees and their families. It measures five dimensions: health, education, housing, social protection, and employment, with a total of 19 indicators.
