Horse in Balance

Horse in Balance is a horse-care service based in Ørsted, Denmark, helping horses and owners build a healthier, more trusting partnership. Its approach combines physical care, hoof work and behavioural training, with an emphasis on calm communication and working without force or pressure.

Services include individually tailored equine therapy, which may use musculoskeletal treatment, craniosacral techniques, lymphatic drainage and Reiki. Behavioural training focuses on understanding what a horse is communicating, identifying possible causes such as pain or misunderstanding, and developing clear, calm ways for horse and owner to work together.

Horse in Balance also provides professional hoof trimming guided by biomechanical principles. Hoof structure, balance, angles, landing patterns and natural movement are considered to support functional movement and reduce unnecessary tension. Shoeing and laser therapy are also listed among the services.

The business aims to support physical and mental balance, healthier movement and a more positive everyday relationship between horses and their owners. Customer testimonials highlight careful treatment, practical exercises and positive changes in horses’ movement and training.
