Horse Shepherd Park

Horse Shepherd Park is a multi-faceted equine destination in Gordon, Victoria, bringing together H.S.P Advanced Equine, the Horse Shepherd Equine Sanctuary and the base for Forefront Veterinary Services. Drawing on extensive equine care experience, its team supports horses through rehabilitation, recovery and conditioning in purpose-built facilities and controlled environments.

Services include full rehabilitation, stabled or paddock-based post-operative care, and support for horses recovering from injury or surgery. Facilities include safe yards and stables, a chilled saltwater water treadmill, an equine spa and a red-light solarium. The park also highlights a care model focused on laminitis and equine metabolic syndrome, with access to on-site veterinary support and equipment. An equine ambulance helps bring in horses that cannot travel to the property unaided.

Alongside its specialist care, Horse Shepherd Park is home to an equine sanctuary and shares updates about its work and resident animals. The park’s services are designed to provide horses with a safe place to recover, rebuild strength and improve fitness, while helping sustain ongoing care for animals in need.
