Studio Hortenzie is the wellness and beauty practice of Ing. Jana Hrabalová Bendová, a certified instructor of hormonal yoga therapy for women, men and people with diabetes. A direct student of method creator Dinah Rodrigues, she has taught hormonal yoga regularly in the Czech Republic since 2016. Her work also includes coaching in healthy aging and lifestyle, and the Fitness Face® system, which combines yoga, energy work, facial yoga, technologies and products focused on skin and body care.
