About Hortícola do Norte
Hortícola do Norte is a horticultural business based in Estela, in the municipality of Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal. Its roots date to 1996, when the business began as Amorins e Duarte, Lda. In 2009, the brand took on a new challenge, opening purpose-built premises with a customer service area, warehouse and plant nurseries.
The company specializes in vegetable plants and aromatic herbs, offering selected plants that customers can view in person at its greenhouses. It also supplies agricultural production inputs and tools to support cultivation and crop maintenance. Hortícola do Norte aims to provide quality plants and related products while continuing to innovate in line with its guiding principles.
Its facilities are located on Rua da Feira, near the EN13 and approximately two kilometres from the A28 access at the Apúlia exit, making the site accessible to customers across northern Portugal. Visitors can contact the business by phone or email for information about its products and services.
