Hosea Ministries Foundation

Hosea Ministries Foundation is a Christ-centered organization in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, supporting women as they rebuild their lives after incarceration or substance use. Its mission is to help women move toward healthier lives through housing, wellness, education, and practical assistance. The foundation’s one-year transitional living program provides a safe, structured home where residents can focus on healing and restoration alongside a resident house manager.

Support includes counseling through Phoenix Counseling, weekly Celebrate Recovery, accountability, church services, Bible study, and opportunities for faith formation. Residents also receive practical life and parenting skills training, including guidance in housekeeping, budgeting, parenting, and healthy daily routines. Through partnerships with local churches, the McIntosh Foundation, and community networks, the program connects women with resources related to employment, education, and childcare.

Care continues after the residential year through ongoing aftercare and supportive community connections. Founded by Nikki Hendricks to address the needs of women in rural northeast Oklahoma, Hosea Ministries Foundation offers an application process for prospective residents and welcomes donations to support its mission.
