Hospice of the NC

Hospice of the North Country, based in Plattsburgh, NY, is a nonprofit, community-based agency that provides compassionate and comprehensive Hospice care to the residents of Clinton and northern Franklin County. Operating in compliance with Federal and State regulations, the agency is committed to offering its services on a nondiscriminatory basis. Hospice of the North Country was created through the merger of Hospice Care of Clinton County and Caring Friends.

As a member of the National Hospice Organization, International, and the New York State Hospice Association, Hospice of the North Country strives to provide the highest standard of care. They encourage their staff and volunteers to join professional organizations that enhance their ability to serve patients and their families. Situated in a rural county in northern New York, Hospice of the North Country serves a diverse population across 1043 square miles.
