Hospital María, Specialized Pediatrics is a brand dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to the little ones. Since 2014, we have opened our doors to those who need it most, offering a comprehensive range of 11 pediatric specialties. Our patients' strength, bravery, and determination inspire us to give our best every day.

From our opening until December 2022, we have attended to over 47,000 new patients, provided more than 276,000 outpatient consultations, offered over 1. 4 million supportive care services, performed over 10,000 surgical procedures, and discharged over 10,000 patients. We are proud to collaborate with various initiatives such as the successful Gatorade Marathon, which raised funds for the benefit of our young patients.

Additionally, the Foundation Amigos del Hospital María (FAHM) presented its accountability report for 2021 to government authorities and civil society. We also strive to contribute to medical education, as exemplified by our support in the establishment of a pediatric cardiology postgraduate program at the National Autonomous University of Honduras. At Hospital María, we continue to provide care across all 11 specialties, ensuring the safety of our patients through strict biosecurity measures amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
