Stationäres Hospiz Schwäbisch Hall is a nonprofit hospice organization that has provided a temporary home for people with advanced, incurable illnesses since October 2024. When only weeks or months of life remain and care at home is no longer possible, its team offers compassionate, skilled care and holistic support, helping guests live with dignity until the end. The hospice also supports relatives and friends, who are welcome at any time and can find guidance and comfort from its professional staff.
The welcoming setting includes guest rooms, a shared cooking and dining area, and a quiet room open to anyone seeking a place for reflection. Guests may bring small furnishings and personal items to make their rooms feel more familiar. The hospice aims to create space for conversation, music, laughter, and meaningful time alongside care and support through bereavement.
Guests do not pay for their care directly. Health and long-term care insurance cover 95 percent of operating costs; donations fund the remaining 5 percent.
