Hostigram is a smart hosting platform that helps rental hosts, event organisers and group-trip planners answer guests’ questions without handling the same messages one by one. Hosts can turn existing house manuals, event plans, itineraries, website pages and their own responses into a guest-facing chat. Hostigram drafts answers for review, and nothing is shared until the host approves it. Guests access the chat through a link or QR code in their phone’s browser, with no app, account or password required unless the host chooses an access code or guest list.
Guests can ask questions in their own language and receive answers based on the approved information. If a detail is missing, Hostigram says so rather than guessing; the unanswered question appears in the host’s dashboard and daily summary email. Hosts can also review guest questions and notes, then add answers for future visitors. The platform serves short-term rentals, properties, weddings, conferences, retreats, tours and other group stays.
