HoT Academy (Humans of Tomorrow) is an innovative non-formal education initiative that equips motivated people in regions of Armenia with practical skills and real opportunities. Through its programs—Virtual College, Virtual Studio, Professional Incubator, Business Incubator, and Business Accelerator—HoT combines online learning, peer collaboration, and hands-on practice to support participants in building careers, launching businesses, and developing confidence. HoT Academy also fosters a strong alumni community, actively engaging graduates in the implementation of ongoing programs and contributing to a sustainable ecosystem of learning, collaboration, and growth.

About HoT Academy
Development Principles NGO is a local non-profit organization that has been making a positive impact in Armenia since 2004. As the program successor of Heifer International's Armenian Branch, Development Principles has worked tirelessly to combat hunger and poverty in rural communities. Their focus is on the economic and social development of these communities, aiming to improve the livelihoods of rural families and empower the entire community.
Development Principles NGO invests in small family farms, promotes the formation of rural cooperatives, and supports the development of dairy, fruit, and rural tourism value chains. By implementing environmentally friendly practices, they contribute to sustainable rural development. Additionally, they provide vocational education in seven different areas to over 4,000 young people aged 10-17 through their YES youth clubs, fostering youth development and leadership skills.
With their innovative approach and commitment to excellence, Development Principles NGO has successfully assisted 11,000 rural families in achieving productive agricultural practices, improved access to formal markets, and greater food security. They also advocate for environmentally friendly practices, empower women and youth, and support rural businesses and entrepreneurship. Their projects are guided by the principles of Innovation, Competence, Accountability, Relevance, and Equity (ICARE).
