HOTCS is a Counter-Strike 2 server network and gaming community built around accessible matches, player interaction, and in-game customization. Its website brings together several server categories, including PUBLIC, FPS+, SANDSTONE, and AWP, with tools to view server activity, check current maps and player counts, copy server addresses, and join a match. Players can also explore community features such as clans, leaderboards, penalties, applications, rules, and a hall of fame.

The HOTCS store offers ways to add funds to an account, including manual payment and skin-based top-ups through the support team. The site lists deposit bonuses at selected payment amounts and provides a promo-code field. Players can use the skin changer to browse and install collections; featured collections are updated daily, and users need to sign in to apply them. HOTCS also promotes rewards and privileges for playing on its servers. Account access, support, an offer agreement, and a privacy policy are available through the site, which presents itself as a hub for matches, skins, and its own community.
