HotelRefund

HotelRefund is a free hotel price-tracking service that helps travelers monitor Agoda rates and keep a record of price changes. No account or signup is required: users choose a destination, select a hotel, and enter their travel dates. HotelRefund checks the standard rate for that stay several times a day, including taxes and fees for two adults, and records each observation through the check-in date.

Travelers can use the history to decide when to book or to support a request for a hotel refund, a Best Price Guarantee claim, or rebooking a refundable stay. Each tracked hotel includes a printable report with timestamped rates and the first, lowest, and latest prices, as well as a downloadable CSV and a public page for revisiting or sharing the record. The service also offers destination deals, a monthly digest of price drops and travel guides, and informational articles about hotel refund options.

HotelRefund is free to use and says it earns a small commission when users book through its links, at no extra cost to them
