Hot Yoga Wellington is a vibrant and inviting hot yoga studio located in the heart of New Zealand. With over 30 classes offered each week, we provide a variety of styles including Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Power Vinyasa Yoga. Since 2008, we have been dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for Kiwis to explore and deepen their yoga practice.

We welcome both beginners and experienced yogis to join us in sweating, laughing, and breathing together in an environment of openness and honesty.
