For those with a busy schedule, we offer express hot yoga classes that are 60 minutes long, perfect for fitting in a workout during your busy day. Looking for a full-body workout? Our hot HIIT Pilates classes combine pilates principles with high-intensity interval training in a room heated to approximately 35 degrees.

This class is designed to strengthen muscles and burn fat without the impact of a high-intensity workout.
