House Sitters

HouseSitter.com is an online matching service that connects homeowners with local house and pet sitters. Part of the CareGuide family, the platform helps people arrange care for their homes while they are away, from a weekend trip to a longer vacation. Homeowners can describe their needs, browse nearby sitter profiles, compare availability and pricing, and contact candidates before choosing someone to hire. Services may include looking after pets, watering plants, taking out the trash, and helping keep a home in good order.

For sitters, HouseSitter.com provides a place to find clients and house-sitting job opportunities. The site offers secure messaging, phone calls, and access to recommendations to support communication and help users assess potential matches. It also features tools and resources such as background checks, invoicing, promotions, and a house-sitter cost guide. Listings cover cities across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, making it easier for users to search locally. HouseSitter.com aims to simplify the process of finding flexible home care and connecting homeowners with suitable sitters.
