Housing Market Ads is a real estate advertising platform that helps businesses reach people actively searching for property. Ads appear within a network of 34 real estate portals, placing campaigns alongside property listings and in front of shoppers as they browse and compare. Rather than relying on demographic profiles, the platform uses property-search intent to guide ad placement.

Advertisers can target by search location, property type, listing type and keywords, with options covering homes, apartments, land, commercial property, and sale, rental or vacation listings. Location targeting reflects the market shoppers are searching, even when they are browsing from another country. Campaigns are priced at $10 per 1,000 targeted impressions (CPM).

The self-service process includes account creation, ad building, audience selection and campaign submission for review. Advertisers can add text, images, a logo and a landing page, set a daily budget, then monitor impressions, clicks, click-through rate and spend in a dashboard. The platform serves real estate agents, developers, mortgage brokers, property sellers, property-service providers and marketing agencies.
