Houston Boxing Club

Houston Boxing Club is a Houston-based boxing and wellness studio led by owner and head coach Austin “No Doubt” Trout, a two-sport world champion and former WBA and BKFC champion. The club welcomes participants ages five and up, from beginners to experienced boxers, with group classes, individualized private sessions, and private group training for families, friends, and teams. Adult-only bare-knuckle training is also available.

Beyond boxing instruction, the club offers Parkinson’s boxing therapy using research-backed methods intended to help address symptoms and disease progression. Its programs use movement to support physical and mental wellness while developing self-defense skills and confidence. The club also promotes anti-bullying and personal protection for women, children, and older adults. Birthday parties provide an alternative way to celebrate, with food and drinks included.
