Houston Hoops

Houston Hoops is a renowned basketball brand that has been making waves since its establishment in 1986. Originally formed to provide local youth with opportunities to compete in Houston leagues and state-wide tournaments, Houston Hoops quickly gained recognition as one of the leading youth programs in the USA. Their success led to the program expanding nationwide, attracting top players from the south.

In addition to their prowess on the court, Houston Hoops places great emphasis on the importance of education. With a guidance counselor on staff, they work closely with schools and parents to ensure their athletes receive tutoring and preparation for college. Their ultimate goal is to help athletes earn college degrees, offering ACT and SAT preparation, TASS Testing study, and counseling on core curriculum and NCAA guidelines.

However, Houston Hoops is not solely focused on basketball and education. They strive to instill positive values in their athletes, promoting hard work, goal-setting, and associating with the right crowd. The program has a zero tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, and gambling.

With a team of carefully screened volunteer coaches who serve as role models, Houston Hoops not only teaches basketball skills but also prepares players for life's challenges. The program is a beacon of hope for players from foster or single-parent homes, providing a platform for them to turn their dreams into reality. At Houston Hoops, the first priority is always the child, whether it's on the court, in the classroom, or in life.

Their commitment to the well-being and success of their athletes is unwavering
