Hradubická Labská is an association of municipalities established to develop a safe cycling route between Hradec Králové and Pardubice in the Czech Republic. Bringing together four cities and eight municipalities along the route, the association leads the project and works with local and regional partners to improve access to the Elbe river landscape and connect communities by bicycle.

Its main project is a roughly 16-kilometre cycleway forming part of the international Elbe Cycle Route, route number 2, which runs from the river’s source to its mouth through the Czech Republic and Germany. The route links Hradec Králové and Pardubice, with sections running alongside the Elbe and connections to nearby towns and villages, including Vysoká nad Labem, Opatovice nad Labem, Dříteč and Němčice. Additional branches serve places such as Hrobice, Kunětice, Ráby and Sezemice, supporting a wider cycling network across the Elbe lowlands. The association also coordinates construction and repairs, publishes project documents and updates, and manages procurement and project support.
