Higham and Rushden Judo Club is a community martial arts club based in Rushden, offering judo classes for people of all ages and experience levels. Its welcoming programme spans early-years sessions for children aged three to four, classes for young children and teenagers, adult training, women-only sessions, adaptive judo, and dedicated classes for men over 35. The timetable also includes beginner, recreational, intermediate, advanced and randori sessions, alongside Judo Fit and an invite-only group. Newcomers can book a free trial lesson, with guidance on getting started and a beginners package available through the coaches.

The club promotes judo as a way to improve fitness and confidence, build friendships and learn practical self-defence skills. Members can also take part in competitions, grading and development events, and the club reports hosting masterclasses with visiting judo professionals. Higham and Rushden Judo Club states that its coaches are trained in child protection, hold current DBS checks and are affiliated with the British Judo Association.
