De Vijverhof

De Vijverhof is a residential care centre in the Rotterdam region, focused on residents’ well-being, dignity and quality of life. Its approach is personal, respectful and professionally minded, with care shaped around each person’s needs and wishes. The organisation supports older people who want to remain at home for as long as possible, bringing care and assistance closer to them, including in its rental homes. When living at home is no longer possible, De Vijverhof aims to make life in its care centre as comfortable and fulfilling as possible.

Its services include residential and nursing care, treatment, temporary stays, home care and support packages for people with different care needs. A meal service provides healthy hot meals, while wellbeing activities, social meeting places and additional services help residents and visitors stay connected and engaged. Facilities and activities include a fitness studio, gerofitness, hairdressing and room hire. De Vijverhof also works to support independence, freedom and privacy, and offers guidance for family carers.
