HSE Design Lab is the design bureau and project laboratory of the HSE University School of Design. It brings together research, creative expertise and practical project work, partnering with commercial clients and institutions to develop solutions informed by analysis and contemporary tools. Its services span corporate and territorial branding, visual identity and communications, graphic and object design, digital products, environmental and interior design, and concepts for residential, public and educational spaces. The team can support projects from initial research and concept development through design and production, with services including print, merchandise, publishing, consulting and author supervision.

The lab’s wider network includes initiatives in education technology, artificial intelligence, game design, sound, contemporary art and creative industries. Its publishing programme develops books, catalogues and other print projects from concept to finished edition. HSE Design Lab also supports creative brands through digital platforms and retail, and operates a store and print laboratory offering art, design objects, merchandise and print-on-demand services.
