HSSRM

The Croatian Federation of Sport Fishing at Sea (HSSRM) is a national organization founded on 29 March 1953. Based in Rijeka, it brings together around 25,000 members and supports organized recreational and competitive sea fishing across Croatia. Its activities cover shore fishing, boat fishing, underwater fishing, and big-game fishing, with news and information for anglers, clubs, and competitors.

HSSRM coordinates Croatian teams and competitions, publishes event calendars and regulations, and shares updates on national and international championships. The federation also provides access to important documents, competition entry information, and club contacts. Sport-fishing permits are issued electronically and sold through HSSRM member associations throughout Croatia; by arrangement, payment can be made to a club account, with the permit then sent by email. The website offers a web shop and permit-distribution guidance for associations, alongside live competition tracking and practical resources. Through its member network, services, and sporting events, HSSRM helps organize and promote sea angling in Croatia.
