HSV Het Kanaal Mill is a fishing association based in Mill, Netherlands, established in 1947. The club holds exclusive fishing rights to De Bus fishing pond, located in a natural area between De Gagel and De Maurik, in the municipality of Mill and Sint Hubert. Because the pond is not included in the national list of Dutch fishing waters, a standard VISpas or a MeeVistoestemming alone does not permit fishing there. Visitors must be association members or obtain a separate permit in addition to a VISpas from another club.
The association provides information about membership, permits, fishing-water regulations, a depth map, and permit applications. It also organizes fishing events and competitions, including youth, summer evening, autumn, and pairs events, and shares schedules, results, reports, and photographs. De Bus is also enjoyed by walkers and day visitors, with a shelter and picnic table overlooking the water. The club asks anglers to hold a valid permit, dog owners to keep dogs leashed, and all visitors to use the waste bins to help protect this natural setting.
