Hengelsportvereniging Tot Ons Plezier (TOP) Coevorden is an angling association serving Coevorden and the surrounding area. Its aim is to promote recreational fishing broadly, with particular attention to its members. TOP is affiliated with Sportvisserij Oost-Nederland and belongs to Rayon 4.
The association offers members access to several distinctive fishing waters under its management. These include the 15-hectare Klinkenvlierse Plas, where fishing is limited to seven designated spots; the historic canals in Van Heutszpark, Coevorden; and the Kilse, a five-hectare branch of the Vecht near Gramsbergen. Access rules differ by water: for example, night fishing is prohibited at the Klinkenvlierse Plas and Van Heutszpark, but permitted at the Kilse. Some waters also provide a fishing spot for anglers with disabilities.
TOP organizes fishing competitions and activities, including carp fishing events and a 55+ competition, and shares news, schedules, regulations, and information about its waters. Membership runs from January through December, and the association also welcomes volunteers and prospective board members.
