HTC PRAHA

HTC Praha Arena is a hockey training and development centre in the Czech Republic, offering facilities and coaching to help athletes improve their performance on and off the ice. Its training environment includes a natural ice area, a compact rink, a skating zone, a gym, and a diagnostics area. The smaller rink supports practice in quick decision-making, reactions, and game awareness, with training aids, goals, team benches, and locker-room facilities.

The centre offers Skatemill skating practice with professional guidance, performance measurement, movement analysis, and feedback. Its gym supports physical preparation and healthy athletic development, using testing and data to guide targeted training. Synthetic ice and a dedicated shooting lane let players practise skills away from the rink, while electronic targets and radar help measure shooting accuracy and performance. HTC Praha Arena also runs hockey academy programmes, events, summer camps, and an elite goaltender academy. Customized training plans are available after an initial session, helping players at different levels develop their skills and physical condition through structured practice.
