Hubert Radke is a former basketball player turned sports lawyer and athlete representative. He is the founder of Hubert Radke Sports Law, a specialist practice specializing in sports law. With a background in law from the University of Nicolaus Copernicus, he also holds a LL.M. in International Sports Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia (ISDE) in Madrid.

As a sports lawyer, Radke focuses on representing athletes and coaches, as well as providing legal advice to sports clubs and organizations. He has experience in drafting and negotiating sports contracts, representing clients in disciplinary proceedings and sports arbitration, including appearances before the Court of Arbitration for Sport. He is a certified basketball agent recognized by Fédération Internationale de Basketball (FIBA) and the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) in the USA.

Aside from his legal expertise, Radke is also an experienced basketball commentator and analyst, having worked with Canal+ since 2007. He has commentated on numerous NBA, NCAA, and European basketball games, providing insightful analysis and legal perspectives on the sport.

With an impressive basketball career, Radke played for various Polish clubs and represented Poland in international competitions. He has also been recognized for his achievements, receiving awards such as the Best Student-Athlete Award from the University of Nicolaus Copernicus.

Currently, Hubert Radke continues to pursue his passion for sports law, lecturing on international basketball contracts and teaching "Law in Sports" at the Poznan University of Economics. He remains actively involved in the sports community, contributing to publications and participating in conferences on sports law both in Poland and abroad.
