Hubertus

Vaasan Hubertus ry is a bilingual riding club and horse stable located in Vetokannas, Vaasa. Founded in 1966, it is one of the few remaining Finnish riding clubs that owns its stable and runs it through volunteer efforts. The club welcomes members who share an interest in horses and riding, and places a strong emphasis on safety, community, and an inclusive environment where bullying is not tolerated.

Its facilities include two large outdoor riding arenas and a spacious indoor arena completed in 2014, supporting year-round practice. The stable offers stall places, while members and visitors can access information about riding areas, arena rules, and arena and field fees. Vaasan Hubertus also provides membership services and shares club news, notices, and blog updates, including information about facility improvements and sponsorship.

Operating in both Finnish and Swedish, the club offers a natural language-learning environment alongside equestrian activities. Located at Kuulankatu 15, approximately four kilometres from Vaasa Market Square and three kilometres from the Palosaari campus, Vaasan Hubertus serves riders and horse enthusiasts in the local community
