HUB Parkour

HUB is a parkour training brand operating gyms in Sudbury and Norfolk, Massachusetts. Athlete built and athlete run, HUB welcomes beginners and experienced participants ages four through adulthood, with no prior experience required. Its coaches guide students through parkour fundamentals and progression, including jumping, climbing, balancing and moving across obstacles, helping participants develop confidence through movement.

HUB offers age-based classes for young children, youth and adults, as well as coached training for more advanced skills. Other programs include school-break camps, homeschool parkour, open gym sessions, workshops and competitive team opportunities. Families and groups can also book birthday parties, field trips, team-building activities and private events. The gyms host community events, open houses and youth and adult competitions, providing additional ways to participate beyond regular classes.

Located at 31 Union Avenue in Sudbury and 4 Sharon Avenue in Norfolk, HUB provides schedules, pricing and first-visit guidance to help newcomers choose a starting point. Visitors can create an account, sign waivers and explore programs at either location.
