Hudson Cakery is an upscale custom cake boutique that focuses on creating delicious cakes with the freshest ingredients. As one of the few commercial bakeries that bakes from scratch, we are dedicated to providing cakes that not only look stunning but taste amazing as well. Our head pastry chef and owner, Jennifer Bunce-Timmons, has turned her passion for baking and cake decorating into a successful career.
After attending the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and interning with renowned cake decorators, she established The Hudson Cakery in 2009. Since then, we have gained recognition for our exceptional cakes, being featured on The Cooking Channel's Cake Hunters and in various publications such as The New York Times, Brides Magazine, and The Knot Magazine. We are proud recipients of prestigious awards like The Knot Best of Weddings and WeddingWire Bride's Choice Awards™.
Located in Weehawken, NJ, our boutique offers a private studio experience by appointment only. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter for a glimpse into our cake creations
