Hufbeschlag Wolfrum

Hufbeschlag Wolfrum is the independent hoof-care practice of Stefan Wolfrum, a state-certified farrier based in Tirschenreuth, Bavaria. Working since 2003, he provides attentive, individually tailored care for horses of all sizes and disciplines, from Shire horses and miniature ponies to sport and leisure horses. His services include hot and cold shoeing, standard and orthopedic shoeing, and barefoot trimming, including corrective care for foals.

Specialized options include therapeutic shoes for laminitis, spavin and tendon conditions, as well as closed and egg-bar shoes, leather and plastic pads, and aluminum or plastic shoes. He also supplies competition-day support and offers hoof care for donkeys, plus hoof trimming for goats and sheep. Wolfrum emphasizes careful workmanship, patience and the animal’s welfare, including helping anxious horses build confidence.

He can coordinate orthopedic work with a veterinarian. His regular service area covers Tirschenreuth and the wider Upper Palatinate, Upper Franconia and the greater Nuremberg region, with locations including Bayreuth, Hof, Weiden, Amberg and Regensburg
