Huf und Herz

Huf und Herz Reittherapie und Reitpädagogik Döpking is a horse-assisted therapy and education service based in Bad Nenndorf, led by experienced riding therapist and riding educator Insa Döpking. The practice creates individually tailored sessions that use interaction with horses and the natural environment to support personal development. Reittherapeutic work is intended for people facing physical or psychological challenges, and can encourage body awareness, confidence, and social and emotional skills. Riding also engages the cardiovascular system and musculoskeletal system.

Educational programs and early support with horses focus on areas such as self-esteem, communication, motor skills, social-emotional abilities, and developmental progress, building on each participant’s existing strengths and goals. Offerings include individual therapy, one-to-one and group riding education, and sessions for more advanced participants. Huf und Herz also provides special programs and block bookings by arrangement, including team-building workshops, family outings, holiday activities, experiential trips, and birthday events. Cooperation with schools, kindergartens, and companies is available. Introductory meetings and trial sessions may be offered at reduced rates, with pricing varying by program.
