Huia Rugby Club

Huia Rugby Football Club is a community sports club based at Sports Park in Motueka, Tasman, New Zealand. It caters to players of all ages, with junior and senior teams, and provides opportunities for people in the local community to take part in rugby. The club’s activities include player registration and the support of its rugby teams, while its grounds serve as a base for the club and its sporting community.

Huia Rugby Club is also fundraising to build a new club room and community hub in Motueka. The project aims to create a progressive, sustainable sporting club that can provide sports services to the community. Through this initiative, Huia is working to develop a shared facility that supports both club life and wider community use.

The club welcomes enquiries from players and community members. Its website provides information about the club’s story, player registration, new club rooms and contact details. Huia Rugby Football Club can be reached by email at [email protected].
