Care platform and app retain their original name. An integrated symptom checker provides a report that patients can discuss with a doctor through the app.

If an examination or face-to-face consultation is necessary, Huisarts31 can arrange an appointment at an affiliated partner practice. Its partner locations serve communities in cities and towns including Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Enschede, Leiden, and The Hague. The practice aims to provide timely, convenient care and says its services are covered by basic health insurance.
