Hukankulma

Hukankulma is a private family home located in Nilsiä, Kuopio, in a natural setting. The organization provides professional care and upbringing for children and young people who have been taken into care or placed through open-care support measures. Its work is centered on offering a family-home environment for those in need of these services.

Hukankulma’s website introduces its activities and values, practical arrangements, home, staff, and gallery, and provides contact information for people seeking further details. The organization’s role is to support the children and young people placed with it through care and upbringing, while its rural surroundings form part of the setting in which the home operates. Hukankulma serves both children and adolescents, including those placed under different child welfare arrangements.
