About Irma Hulscher
Irma Hulscher is a leading authority in the field of Permanent Makeup (PMU) with over 30 years of experience. As a STIVAS-certified professional, she is a valued member of ANBOS, NSGP, and SPCP. In 2009, Irma founded the PMU Academy, the first vocational training institute in the Netherlands dedicated to PMU.
Together with her daughter-in-law, Ihrye Choi (pronounced Iréé), they offer top-notch PMU and Dermatography treatments at their stunning salons in Almere-Hout. Ihrye, who completed her Fine Arts education at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, joined Irma in 2013 to become a PMU specialist.
