HuMA

Humanitarian Medical Assistance HuMA is a Japanese nonprofit organization focused on providing medical and humanitarian support during disasters. It dispatches assessment teams and medical personnel to affected communities, coordinates with local authorities, the United Nations, and other aid groups, and works to direct assistance to people who need it. HuMA’s activities include emergency response in Japan and overseas, support for evacuation shelters, and health care assistance for disaster-affected populations.
