Humaan & Paarden Massage Myrthe is a massage practice run by Myrthe van der Pol, serving people and horses in Groningen, Drenthe and Friesland. With a focus on relaxation, recovery and balance, Myrthe tailors treatments to each client’s individual needs and aims to support body awareness, movement and wellbeing. Human treatments include classical massage, warm gemstone massage, pregnancy massage, cupping and foot reflexology, with massage at home also available.
Treatments can be adapted with additional techniques, depending on the client’s needs. For horses, the practice offers massage and a range of complementary approaches intended to help them feel more balanced and move freely. These include Advanced Equine Chain, taping, cupping, IASTM tools and the Equi Massage Pad.
The website explains the treatment methods, services and rates, and provides a way to make an appointment. Whether addressing discomfort in everyday life or tension and restrictions noticed during a horse’s training, Humaan & Paarden Massage Myrthe offers personal care for both human and equine clients
