Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus is an independent non-governmental organization in Estonia that is dedicated to promoting equal treatment and diversity, protecting the human rights of asylum seekers and refugees, and advocating for data protection. Their mission is to create an Estonia where the human rights of every individual are respected. The center offers a range of services and initiatives to achieve their goals.

They engage in strategic litigation, work towards promoting diversity and inclusion, advocate for the rights of refugees, combat hate speech and discrimination, protect digital rights, and uphold human rights in Estonia. In addition to their advocacy work, Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus provides various resources such as newsletters, information materials, and projects to keep the public informed and educated about human rights issues. They also have an e-shop where supporters can donate and contribute to the protection of human rights.
